I just want to thank you and your team for making our wedding day extra ordinary.
With out your team to help us out fully, we would not have been able to achieve
the full beauty of our day.
Madeline's weddings added all the special little touches that made our wedding
go that extra mile for our guests to enjoy and have memories for a life time.
They made it personal to us.
From our satin seat covers, organza overlays with the runners to our Candy Bar
(which was a hit), designing our head table, guest book table as well as our Martini Bar
that looked amazing.
My favorite service that Madeline offered was Wedding Day Coordination. Alison and
Dale did a beyond FABOULOUS job. They took care of everything and more. Including
the little things that I couldn't or forgot to think of. I was able to enjoy my wedding day
much more without having to worry about all the little things. They took care of everything.
From making sure that everything arrived on time to adding little extra details to our wedding
decor. Because of them they made our wedding day flawless and opulent. They took the
ordinary and made it luxurious. I couldn't thank them enough for perfecting our day

Having given you very little guidance…"I like pink and brown"…you did an amazing job of making our wedding a beautiful affair that everyone commented on and looks so fabulous in photos. Your little surprises were so touching. As our day-of wedding coordinator, you completely took the stress of the day out of my hands, and I never once thought about worrying about anything, as I knew it was being taken care of. At the end of the day, my entire wedding party was wondering where they could get a “Madeline” to help organize their lives. When I walked into my banquet room, tears started flowing at how beautiful my room turned out and that made my special day soo much more special. Meeting with Alison from Madeline's Wedding for a FREE consultation was one of the best decisions we made in preparation for our wedding. She helped us in realizing our vision for our very special day. She was full of wonderful ideas and was very accommodating to our schedule, questions and requests. We booked most of our decorations from Madeline's as they have very competitive prices and their selection is amazing. They even went the extra mile in helping us to find a florist, baker and others that we needed that where in our price range. In the end, we even booked Alison as our wedding coordinator for the day. I have to say, that was money well spent. She took away all the stress and we were able to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about timing, schedules and all other details. She and the team at Madeline's Wedding have become friends and I'm very pleased that they where a big part of our special day. We could have never done it without them.

A big thank you to Alison and Madeline’s Weddings for your involvement in planning our big day! Your recommendations for our vendors were absolutely perfect! Your vendor suggestions and the way you worked with them really took the pressure off of us and in the end I am sure you spoke to the florist way more than we did and the result was having flowers more spectacular than we had ever pictured! Alison, you really took the time to get to know the two of us over countless meetings. The best one of all, our “planning meeting” at Applebees which was more of a dinner with a special friend to discuss the wedding. We relied on you to be so familiar with all the details and you never let us down. When I had driven friends and family crazy with wedding talk, Alison was still as excited as I was to hear about my latest new detail, which usually involved something geeky like being insanely excited about stationery or our calculator favours (we’re very cheesy accountants). I’ll never forget seeing the reception room at the Hilton and thinking, “is this really our wedding?” and we have heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests as well. The only downside to all of this was saying goodbye at the reception knowing that we wouldn’t be talking nearly as often.
Thank you so much Alison, for being with us every step of the way. Our wedding day would never have turned out so perfectly if it weren’t for your ideas, décor, patience and of course, candy shopping abilities!

I could not believe my eyes when I walked into the most beautiful room, peered down to see my husband to be, surrounded by beauty. It was like a dream! The head table was even more beautiful than I could ever imagine. I had chosen 6 colors for our wedding. You and your successful staff members were able to incorporate every color and make it look elegant, not overwhelming.
We had a wedding consultant who was more than what you would expect. There were small issues here and there that were dealt with right away. I had no idea of anything as they were taken care of without me even being a part of it. Now that is a wedding coordinator!
Because of you, Madeline and your staff, we were able to book everything just the way we wanted it. There were no hiccups. You sent us to the best venders for absolutely everything.
I know that preparing for a wedding is stressful, but you really made it a breeze for us.
I still have people mentioning how much fun they had, and how absolutely beautiful everything was.

When I was a little girl growing up I always invisoned my wedding to be beautiful, elegant, romantic, well perfect!! When I had Madeline's Weddings look after my wedding plans, it was just that! The detail, hard work and just the personal service they give you from start to finish is just amazing. When I arrived at the hall for my ceremony it was beautifully decorated, organized which allowed me to be at ease when it isn't easy on the big day! Madeline made sure she was with me every step of the way. She really is great to have there for support, and her team is amazing they really made sure everything we needed was there. The reception was very beautiful, elegant and romantic and it really set the stage for our wedding, it created a ambiance that was exceptional! I honestly can tell you that when we first entered the room we were both in awe! For me it was my dream come true, it was picture perfect, just like I would have imagined it would be. I came across Madeline’s Weddings when I was in need of chair covers for our newly booked venue. From our very first meeting with Madeline and Alison, Jon and I knew that they were going to play a major role in making our wedding day truly special. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and sheer breadth of knowledge of the wedding industry made hiring them the best thing that we ever did!
Through the course of the next year they planned the most beautiful reception a girl and her groom could ever ask for. Not only did they provide our guests with a gorgeous atmosphere which included the cutest candy buffet, beautiful linens, and fantastic centerpieces but they coordinated our entire wedding day down to the smallest detail. Madeline and Alison from Madeline’s Weddings helped make my vision of my fairytale wedding dream come true! Alison and Madeline made themselves availabe to me as much as I needed it, and at times it probably seemed ridiculous the number of emails and phone calls!!! – but they never hesitated to answer my millionth call and always was full of cheer and excitement for my wedding! They were extremley supportive and patient and were always eager to offer any assistance I needed (even when I had a few bridezilla moments – ha! ). I had hired Madelines to help with the decor for my wedding, in addition to wedding day co-ordination. There is nothing worse than having to worry on your wedding day, and they made my day stress-free and “think”free! I had no worries, or doubts, and everyone is still talking about how smoothly and fairytale the wedding was! I would highly recommend to have the wedding day co-ordination package, you cannot put a price on the peace of mind it provides! Truly fabulous! The decor was amazing and it was stated that it was the nicest wedding the staff/members at St.Charles Golf & Country Club had ever seen, in addition to all of our amazed guests! The wonderful gold satin linens that adorned the head table and guest tables with gold organza and rose petals was jaw dropping! and then the ivory satin chair covers – Wow! What a statement of class and sophistication! Alison worked all day at setting up the ceremony and reception decor and it was truly a sight to see!!!! When I walked into the room for the first time, I hate to admit it but I cried!!!! It was more than I could have hoped for and more!!!! Madeline’s Weddings went above and beyond the services described – they were a HUGE support for me and I couldnt have imagined my day without them! I thank them soooo much for all they have done to make my day what I had invisioned and more!!!! It was my happy ending to the anticipation of my wedding day, and the beginning of my fairytale love and life with my husband! The day of our wedding happened so fast is seems like such a blur,
thanks to Alison and the Madeline`s Weddings staff the day
was amazing! We had 16 people in our wedding party which was very
difficult to organize, they helped us make it work smoothly.
The room was decorated beautifully, lots of attention to detail and the
candy bar was a huge success!
Alison was very professional, patient, personable and helpful. I will
miss our long phone conversations! She also was assertive when needed,
in order to get things moving.
It was great to have advisors that have planned several weddings!!
Especially for advice on the small details like etiquette, common
traditions, and getting a feel of what to expect, and so much more. It
was very relieving!
I would recommend getting a wedding coordinator because it is such a fun
day with all your close friends and family that you will want to enjoy
every minute, the coordinators took care of all the details, organizing and decorating I didn't
have to sweat the details.

Dave and I were so very impressed at how our very special day turned out. Everyone who attended experienced a wonderful atmosphere, caring, love and attentiveness shown by you and your staff made a large and lasting impression on us and our guests. I have always wanted to feel like a princess on my wedding day. When I first met Alison at the Radisson Hotel, I knew she was the one to help us plan for our wedding. I've always wanted an elegant, beautiful, and fancy wedding. Alison was the person to help with that. She was not only very creative in her ideas but was always there to help when I needed her. Everything that we had for our wedding was perfect. From the center pieces to chair covers to the candy buffet to the table linens. I couldn't have asked for more. Not only did we get all that, we had Alison and Dale for the entire day for wedding co-ordination, they were there for so much more. The talked us through everything and they were very supportive and helpful. I still am getting compliments from family and friends about our wedding. The moment we walked into our reception room we were both speechless. It was decorated so beautifully we couldn't have done it without the help of Alison and Dale.
